It is important, when you cut your lawn, that you sweep or blow your grass clippings back onto your lawn.    The Homeowners Association is financially responsible for the maintenance of the storm sewers which empty into our detention ponds.   The HOA Board has been told it would cost upwards of $30,000 per Acre/ft. of depth to dredge our ponds if they accumulate deposits. There is over one acre of pond area in our subdivision.   If we don’t have the money to do what is necessary, we would have to assess all the homeowners.
